This beautiful apartment is ideal for any type of traveler. It is located on the first floor without a lift (there are a few steps) and is perfect for visiting the heart of the city on foot. The main places of interest are all around the apartment, easily reachable by public transport.

The apartment, very bright and quiet, is equipped with a security door, an entrance that leads to the two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Coffee with espresso capsule and tea are offered, in order to satisfy your every need.

It consists of two double bedrooms with double beds, very welcoming and bright.
They are furnished with Queen-Size double beds in memory foam and are equipped with wardrobes, air conditioning and Smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to entertain even the little ones. Very comfortable memory foam pillows are also provided.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and a complimentary 100% Made in Italy courtesy set consisting of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and Body Soap.

The house is air conditioned with a heating system, while it is very cool in summer thanks to its exposure and strategic position.

There is fiber optics that makes the Wi-Fi connection particularly fast and perfect for smart working.
